Yasmin Latif is a qualified and registered nutritionist specialising in women’s health, young families, hormonal balance and metabolic wellbeing. She works with individuals, families, groups and communities to provide practical, evidence-based nutrition support that fits into everyday life.
Yasmin offers one-to-one personalised nutrition consultations, supporting clients with tailored guidance based on their health history, lifestyle and health goals. Her work particularly focuses on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them manage hormonal changes, energy levels, weight concerns, gut health and blood sugar balance. She also works closely with young families, supporting parents to build healthy foundations through balanced nutrition, positive food relationships and realistic lifestyle habits.
Alongside private consultations, Yasmin delivers group nutrition workshops and educational talks focused on women’s health and family wellbeing. Her sessions are accessible, engaging and empowering, with a strong emphasis on confidence around food, understanding the body at different life stages and making sustainable changes.
Yasmin is passionate about the connection between gut health and mental wellbeing, exploring how nutrition can influence mood, energy and cognitive health across the lifespan. Her work frequently covers inflammation, the gut microbiome, blood sugar regulation and the impact of modern diets on both physical and mental health.
She has experience designing and delivering community-based nutrition programmes including work with Lambeth Council’s Ready Steady Go! nutrition programme that supports families to develop practical cooking skills and nutrition knowledge. Yasmin has also shared her expertise through podcasts, webinars and Instagram Live sessions, making nutrition education accessible to wider audiences.
At the heart of Yasmin’s work is a compassionate, client-centred approach. She believes nutrition should feel supportive rather than restrictive and that empowering women and families with knowledge is key to long-term health and confidence.
