Therapy and counselling

Verification is checked using accredited UK open registers such as BACP, UKCP, BABCP, HCPC (where applicable), or any PSA-accredited register. Please submit your membership/registration number and public-register URL.

Sleep

Sleep

Verification depends on background:
Clinical sleep practitioners are checked through HCPC, GMC, NMC, or relevant registers.
Sleep coaches (non-clinical) provide evidence of accredited training plus insurance if no public register exists.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness

If listed in recognised mindfulness training organisations or public teacher registries (e.g., MBSR/MBCT teacher lists), submit link. Otherwise, upload accredited training certificates and proof of insurance.

Stress management

Stress management

Verification is based on professional register listings (therapy, coaching, mindfulness, or clinical background, depending on method) or submission of accredited training plus insurance if unregistered.

Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity

Clinical practitioners (psychologists, OTs, psychiatrists): verified via HCPC, GMC, or other statutory registers.
Specialist coaches/support workers: upload accredited training certificates, safeguarding training, DBS (optional), and insurance.

Diet and nutrition

Verification is completed through recognised UK and international nutrition registers, including the Association for Nutrition (AfN – UKVRN) for Registered Nutritionists and HCPC for Registered Dietitians. Please provide your registration number and public register link.

Fitness and training

Verification is completed through CIMSPA’s searchable register or other recognised fitness accreditation bodies. Provide your registration number or upload qualification and insurance documents if not publicly listed.

Verification is completed through the GMC, NMC, HCPC, GPhC, or any other statutory UK health-regulator register. Providers must supply a public register link and registration number.

Verification is completed via CNHC (for complementary therapies), GOsC (for osteopaths), or other PSA-accredited registers. If not listed, upload formal qualifications and insurance documents.

Hormonal Health

For professionals supporting menstrual health, fertility, menopause, testosterone balance, thyroid health, metabolic health, and endocrine wellbeing

Providers should have one or more of the following:

  • Medical or clinical qualification with relevant hormonal scope

  • Accredited training in women’s health, fertility, menopause, or endocrine health

  • Nutrition or lifestyle medicine certification with hormonal focus

  • Evidence of 2+ years experience supporting hormonal or reproductive health

  • CPD training in hormone health, menopause care, fertility, or metabolic health

Spirit

Life and transformational coaches

Life and transformational coaches

As coaching is an unregulated field, verification is completed through recognised international coaching bodies with public directories such as ICF, EMCC, or AC. If not listed publicly, please upload accredited training certificates and insurance.

Energy and healing

Energy and healing

Most energy-based modalities do not have statutory registers. Verification is based on accredited training certificates, membership of reputable professional associations, and proof of insurance. Please submit as applicable.

Professional organiser

Professional organiser

Verification is based on proof of accredited training or professional membership (e.g. APDO) and valid professional insurance.

Workplace Wellness

Workplace Wellness

For professionals delivering corporate wellbeing, organisational health, leadership wellbeing, burnout prevention, and mental resilience programmes

Providers should demonstrate:

  • Corporate or organisational wellbeing experience

  • Accredited coaching, psychology, HR, or occupational health training

  • Experience delivering workshops, programmes, or consultancy to organisations

  • Evidence of B2B delivery, corporate clients, or workplace programmes

You may register under multiple categories if your qualifications allow.

If you are trained, ethical, and passionate about helping individuals live healthier, more balanced lives, we would love to support your work.

Verification Policy

To maintain safety, integrity, and public trust, all verified providers must adhere to the following:

  • Verification is valid for 12 months
  • Providers must notify YoYu immediately of any changes affecting their verified status
  • YoYu may request updated documents at any time
  • YoYu may suspend or revoke verification at its discretion
  • Providers must maintain active insurance and any applicable professional registrations
  • YoYu does not monitor or guarantee clinical, coaching, or professional performance
  • If a provider is suspended or removed from a professional register, the badge (and profile, if applicable) is removed immediately
  • Verification Badge Fee: year one £50/year, following which renewal fee: £25/year.

  • Professional Body Registration checks (where applicable)
  • Supporting documentation, such as qualifications checks (where applicable)
  • Valid professional indemnity insurance (where applicable)

Providers who subscribe at the Launch Rate retain this £20 £10/month rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
