Sonny Phull is an Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP Level 2), Precision Nutrition–certified nutrition coach, and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience helping high-performing individuals optimise their health, body composition, and long-term vitality.

Sonny takes a truly holistic and root-cause approach to health. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, he looks at the full picture — nutrition, metabolism, hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, movement, and lifestyle — to help clients build resilient, high-functioning bodies that perform well now and age well over time.
