I help health experts, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organisations reconnect, reset, and thrive using integrated tools from Western science and Eastern wisdom – cultivating calm, clarity, and sustainable performance.
Trained as a medical doctor, I learned how to diagnose and treat the body. But my own experience of exhaustion and burnout taught me something medicine alone could not: to truly understand wellbeing, we must understand the whole human being.
Through yoga, meditation, and philosophy, I came to see how stress, psychology, and nervous system imbalance underpin so much of both acute and chronic illness. Long before people lose their health, they often lose their sense of centre, meaning, and connection -to themselves, to others, and to their work.
Alongside working with individual patients, I also witnessed how leadership culture, systemic pressures, and workplace environments profoundly shape wellbeing, decision-making, and performance. These insights led to the creation of The Chandé Project – a bridge between Eastern wisdom, modern science, and lived experience.
