Bio
Sayuri M. Naruse has a passion for supporting people’s health and wellbeing using the caring touch of massage.
This passion reflects on her work as a Clinical Aromatherapist for more than 17 years, her research at Northumbria University since 2014, and her lifestyle.
Sayuri has worked in a variety of public and private sector environments, both as a practitioner and trainer, before joining IDOS Health and Wellbeing Clinic in 2022.
Sayuri’s special interests are relieving tension, aches & stiffness; emotional pains; stress-related problems; and digestive complaints.
However, her clients have experienced a wide range of benefits, including
• relief from muscular pains and aches
• reduction of tension-type headaches and stiff neck
• recovery from painful conditions such as fibromyalgia
• support for long-term conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome and long COVID
• assistance with bewildering feelings, grieving, and anxiety
• maintenance and promotion of well-being; and
• restoration after intensive work, including postnatal care
The effectiveness of her approach comes from her highly sensitive personality (with more mirror neurons than usual!), and a combination of 10 different massage styles, especially her expertise skills in Acupressure and Trigger Point Massage. On top of this, applying selected high-quality pure essential oils blended for each session helps meet clients’ needs.
She has been coaching systemic simple massage for home use to close relations (couples, family, and friends) since 2010.
She loves both giving and receiving massages, and in her daily life, she often receives massages from her husband, which makes her happy and healthy.
Sayuri’s motivation is to share this happiness and bring physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness to her clients.
