I’m a BANT registered nutritionist with specialist training in Type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, weight management, and women’s health. Having worked in fast-paced industries before re-training, I understand the challenges of balancing healthy living with a busy schedule.
I’ve been an NHS Health and Wellbeing coach since 2017, facilitating around 600 hours of individual coaching, and countless group sessions. I’m a Leiths-trained healthy chef, and have developed engaging nutrition content for corporations, charities, and community groups.
I have a special interest in Lifestyle Medicine and the gut-brain-metabolic axis. I’m a member of The Nutrition Society, BANT (The British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC.
