I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist and Highly Specialist CBT Therapist with 25 years of experience in mental health, specialising in sleep disorders. I am passionate about helping adults overcome long-standing insomnia — and I know firsthand just how life crippling it can be.
My approach is rooted in current frontline specialist clinical experience combined with integrated psychological evidence-based techniques. At the heart of my approach is a simple belief, that sleep can quietly support your life, not consume it. The goal is not just better sleep; it is helping you to thrive with confidence and with rest becoming something that naturally integrates into who you are and how you live. I help you foster this.
