Bio

I am a General Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience, holding a Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, a degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and a Primary Care Institute Accredited Health Coach. I have also completed training in the practice of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia through Oxford University.

I have worked extensively across both the NHS and private sector, giving me a broad perspective on patient care and the role of a personalised approach to long-term health.

My clinical focus is on evidence-based lifestyle medicine, working in close collaboration with patients to empower them to take an active role in their health. I aim to support individuals in maximising their wellbeing, enhancing performance, and promoting longevity through sustainable and personalised strategies.

As someone who is passionate about functional fitness, including CrossFit, Hyrox and Pilates, I understand the importance of setting goals, building consistency, and overcoming barriers. These same principles shape my approach to lifestyle medicine, where I work alongside patients to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in health and performance.
