Dr Naomi Gengasamy is an experienced NHS General Practitioner with over 14 years in clinical practice, specialising in menopause care, weight management, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, doctor-led healthcare that supports long-term health progression and overall wellbeing.

Dr Naomi completed her MBBS at King’s College London in 2009, where she also undertook an intercalated Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition, developing a strong scientific foundation in metabolic health, preventative medicine, and lifestyle-based interventions.

Alongside her NHS work, Dr Naomi provides specialist menopause, weight management, and lifestyle medicine services at Sunninghill Clinic, Ascot offering personalised, holistic care for women navigating midlife health challenges. She holds the British Menopause Society Management of the Menopause Certificate and is both BMS and SCOPE certified, ensuring her clinical practice aligns with the latest NICE and BMS guidance.

Dr Naomi is particularly known for supporting professional women who are balancing demanding careers with menopause-related symptoms, weight changes, fatigue, and reduced wellbeing. Her approach goes beyond symptom management, focusing on sustainable lifestyle change, nutrition optimisation, and long-term disease prevention, tailored to the realities of busy lives.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Naomi is the founder of Dr Naomi, a doctor-led health education service delivering menopause and wellbeing education in the workplace. She works with organisations to improve awareness, reduce stigma, and support employees through key health transitions, helping businesses retain talent and foster healthier, more inclusive work environments. Her sessions are practical, engaging, and grounded in clear, evidence-based medical education.

Dr Naomi is committed to bridging the gap between medicine, nutrition, and wellness — bringing credible medical leadership into spaces where misinformation is common. Whether supporting individuals in clinic or educating teams in the workplace, her mission is to empower people to take control of their health, make informed choices, and achieve lasting wellbeing.
