Hi, I’m Dr. Lana. 👋🏾
You might know me as a General Practitioner, but my patients know me as the doctor who lets you eat bread and biscuits and chocolate.
I specialise in helping women who are exhausted by diet culture finally stop the war with their bodies.

I haven’t just studied this; I’ve lived it. I spent years losing and regaining the same weight, plus gaining more… Waiting for life to start “when I become thin.” It wasn’t until I stopped the punishment, deleted the diet culture framework, and with a whole lot of self-kindness (plus science), everything gently changed.
I gently and subtly lost 20kg, and have maintained it almost effortlessly for over a decade – no misery required.
Now, I combine my medical background, with inspiration from CBT and the psychology of behavior change, to help you find that same freedom. Freedom to eat what you want in life. Freedom from punishing workout plans that never last. And the freedom to feel at home in a body you love.
