Bio
With over 500 coaching hours, I work with individuals who are ready for meaningful change in their careers and lives. People come to me when work no longer feels aligned, growth feels uncertain, or life has become overly driven by expectations rather than intention. My role is to help you slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to you.
My coaching is centred on values‑led, purpose‑driven living and working. Together, we explore what truly matters to you, what motivates you beneath the surface, and how that shows up in your career choices, relationships, and everyday decisions. This work is especially powerful during times of transition, pressure, or change – when direction feels unclear and confidence can waver.
Practically, coaching often includes building resilience and wellbeing, strengthening self‑awareness, improving communication and boundaries, and developing confidence in decision‑making. We work on shifting out of autopilot and into more conscious choices – so you’re responding thoughtfully, rather than reacting by default. I don’t believe in generic advice or one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Every coaching relationship is tailored to you and the context of your life.
Drawing on my background in HR, NLP and evidence‑based coaching frameworks, I bring both structure and reflection into our sessions. Conversations are supportive, focused, and practical – helping you turn insight into clear, realistic actions that feel aligned with your values. The aim isn’t rapid change or constant striving, but progress that feels steady, meaningful, and sustainable.
Whether you’re navigating a career shift, redefining success, rebuilding your energy, or wanting to feel more present and fulfilled in your work and life, my approach remains the same: to support you in leading yourself with clarity, confidence, and intention. When you’re aligned with what matters most, the changes you make don’t just look good on the surface – they last.
