Bio
I’m a qualified Gestalt counsellor who believes that meaningful change begins with awareness. My approach is grounded in the idea that when we slow down and truly notice what’s happening within us our thoughts, feelings, patterns and relationships we create space for something new to emerge.
Gestalt counselling is about meeting you where you are, right now. Rather than focusing only on the past or trying to “fix” you, our work together explores your present experience with openness and curiosity. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of their next step. My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you and begin to understand yourself more deeply.
I work collaboratively and authentically. That means I don’t sit behind a clinical mask I show up as a real person in the room with you. Together we pay attention to what’s happening in the moment: your emotions, bodily sensations, patterns in relationships, and the ways you’ve learned to cope with life’s challenges.
Clients often tell me they value the calm, grounded space I offer, where difficult experiences can be explored safely and honestly. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, loss, or a sense that something in life just isn’t quite right, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
My aim isn’t to give you answers, but to support you in discovering your own. Through greater awareness and self-understanding, people often find new choices, new perspectives and a deeper sense of agency in their lives.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re curious about working together, you’re warmly invited to reach out.
